World Vision Canada seeks a full-time permanent Logistics Coordinator reporting to the Logistics Supervisor. The role oversees shipping, receiving, stock transfers, order processing, freight documentation, and logistical support for GIK donations. You will monitor logistics KPIs, maintain service standards, and improve operational processes. The position also coordinates Pack-It-Forward events, including warehouse preparation and onsite execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process inbound shipments, parcels, pallets, and mail
- Coordinate freight, pickups, loading, documentation, and issue resolution
- Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and audit activities
- Prepare outbound shipments and secure palletized loads
- Coordinate Pack-It-Forward warehouse operations and volunteers
Requirements:
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Two years of courier or logistics software experience
- Two years of warehousing and inventory control experience
- Microsoft Office and logistics systems proficiency
- Required forklift, walkie, and First Aid certifications
