Build production AI agents at Workleap, shaping orchestration, memory, and evaluation standards through remote work with Montreal office access. As a Senior AI Developer, you will create agents for Workleap Agent and ShareGate across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Ops, and AI-Software Development Life Cycle teams. Your work will establish foundations for reliable, secure, observable, and cost-conscious systems. Key Responsibilities:
Ship production agents for briefs and product handoffs Shape shared orchestration, skills, memory, evals, and guardrails Own observability, testing, security, cost, and human approvals Co-design iterations with Product Managers and measure adoption Share agent development practices across the team Requirements:
Strong production engineering across agent development lifecycles Hands-on multi-agent production experience with orchestration, tools, context, and memory Experience with Slack, Atlassian, and MCP integrations Experience evaluating non-deterministic systems and tracking costs Architectural judgment across reliability, security, and model selection Shape Workleap’s AI foundation with production engineering, product sense, and disciplined agent evaluation across both product lines.
