You will connect product usage, support interactions, and renewal dates to protect renewals and create cross-sell pipeline. The work combines agentic workflow design, CRM collaboration, and revenue reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Build agents monitoring renewal health and flagging at-risk accounts Design agentic cross-sell motions for ShareGate customers Define signals and validate data with SQL Replace manual workflows with reusable pipeline modules Document builds through SOPs, demos, and playbooks Requirements:
RevOps, GTM engineering, marketing operations, or customer success operations background Low-code orchestration experience with Python or TypeScript knowledge Experience shipping AI agents or LLM workflows to users Working SQL and CRM fluency, with HubSpot experience preferred Understanding of subscription metrics and signal-based go-to-market motions Apply agent orchestration, SQL validation, and automation engineering to strengthen ShareGate renewals and expand existing customer revenue.
