We are hiring for International Transfer Pricing Director for a global manufacturing Company.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyze interim transfer pricing charges, accounting entries, transactions and adjustments and any adjustments required for stand alone and consolidated financials.
- Assess impact of transfer pricing on withholding taxes and consolidated effective tax rate.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and files for multiple entity and country wise reporting.
- Evaluate intercompany cost based transactions and profit split model and update intercompany agreements.
- Manage external benchmarking analysis.
- Manage all transfer pricing audit issues by gathering and analyzing information and preparing audit responses.
- Ensure transfer pricing is in line with country specific guidelines.
Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years relevant experience.
- CPA or CFA.
