A well-known large condominium property management company is looking for an Accounting Manager to perform the following responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of property accountants: receivable, payable, GL
- Review financial statement packages
- Approve GL and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review working papers for budgets and financial packages
- Manage investment Reserve and Operating fund investment analysis
- Manage banking, cashflow and treasury analysis
- Manage corporations properties contracts and budgets along with Property Managers and Board
- Coordinate with auditors
Requirements:
- At least 3 plus years relevant experience
- Experience in property management industry is a must
