Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and referrals through email, web forms, voicemail, and platforms
- Contact leads, confirm interest, screen eligibility, and assess program fit
- Provide clear IES information and facilitate service pathways
- Book appointments and manage reminders, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Maintain records, documentation, referrals, bookings, and client notes
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Social Services preferred
- Minimum one year customer service, intake, or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
