  • Contract Compliance: Ensure subcontractor invoices align with contractual requirements including rate schedules, mark‑ups, and reimbursable terms. Support audits and cost reconciliations as needed. Assist in change order evaluations and negotiation support from a cost perspective.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular cost reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Support project controls and finance teams with detailed cost insights. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally to project stakeholders. Collaborate and review with contractors and subcontractors to implement best practice on cost management.
