This full-time position manages receivables, monitors bank activity, applies incoming payments, and resolves unidentified cash. The analyst also collaborates with Treasury, business stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor aging, unapplied cash, credits, and account reconciliations
- Monitor daily bank activity and incoming payment channels
- Investigate unidentified or misapplied cash transactions
- Prepare journal entries for adjustments and account corrections
- Provide backup support for cash management and banking activities
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of receivables, collections, reconciliations, and accounting
- Two to five years in receivables, credit, collections, or accounting
- Advanced Excel formulas, data analysis, and reporting experience
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
