Key Responsibilities:
- Support Service Advisors with daily activities and service needs
- Coach advisors on processes and adherence
- Review workflow status and recommend necessary changes
- Communicate with other Service department areas
- Explain repairs to customers and Service Advisors
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of Service Advising experience
- Proven track record of success in advisor KPIs
- Proven track record in sales
- Leadership and training experience is an asset
- Driver's license and clean driver's abstract
