Lead maintenance operations in Concord with expertise in equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and production support. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. The Maintenance Leader Supervisor provides technical leadership and overall responsibility for the maintenance team. The position supports a bakery through equipment troubleshooting, contractor direction, and plant machinery maintenance. You will help minimize downtime while supporting safe, efficient operations and compliance with safety and environmental practices. Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, train, and empower maintenance team members Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment failures Direct scheduling, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs Track downtime causes and lead process improvements Maintain parts inventory and organize the Maintenance Workshop Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering or technical College Diploma Three to five years managing production facility maintenance Solid mechanical and electrical skills Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Apply maintenance leadership, equipment troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance expertise to support safe bakery production in Concord.
