Apply quality inspections, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma methods as a Quality Continuous Improvement Technician on the night shift. Support Wonderbrands bakeries through data-driven quality monitoring.
This technician role drives daily quality improvements across bakery production processes. You will monitor parameters, analyze production data, document deviations in iQMS and Cereboro, and collaborate with Continuous Improvement Engineering, R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams. The position also supports food safety compliance and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality checks, test results, and deviations
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Participate in daily Quality Huddles and collect samples
- Verify sanitation, allergen controls, labeling, and packaging integrity
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two or more years in food manufacturing quality
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and quality software preferred
