WOLF Advanced Technology is seeking a talented full-time SMT Operator to join our in-house manufacturing team. This role is critical to establishing our SMT capability, where you'll utilize your 5+ years of hands-on experience in SMT processes and workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and run the complete SMT line
- Execute high-speed feeder setups effectively
- Optimize production flow and manage material flow
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Inspect and validate output to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years in SMT manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards
- Proficient in handling ultra-small components
- Experience with SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens
- Troubleshooting skills for production line issues
