Job Description:
- Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements documentation to support project delivery.
- Collaborate with business, development, QA, and data teams throughout the SDLC/STLC.
- Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Develop test cases, test scenarios, and validation criteria based on business requirements.
- Perform ETL, source-to-target, data migration, reconciliation, and data quality testing.
- Write complex SQL queries using joins, CTEs, subqueries, and aggregations for backend data validation.
- Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and validate defect fixes.
- Track requirements, defects, risks, and action items using Jira and Confluence in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Work with tools and technologies including SQL Server, Python, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
- Communicate project status, findings, risks, and recommendations while supporting effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Mandatory Skills: Python Application Programming.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 50/hr to CAD 60/hr.
