The Logistics Coordinator supports Winpak's Traffic Team and reports to the Traffic Supervisor and Traffic Manager. This cross-function position coordinates order processing, shipment fulfillment, freight documentation, and transportation activities. It also supports warehouses, carriers, customs specialists, and internal departments while maintaining accurate logistics records and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer shipments and maintain accurate real-time shipment data
- Coordinate fulfillment with Shipping, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare picklists, bills of lading, and customs documentation
- Coordinate courier, subcontractor, container, return, and supplier shipments
- Support freight audits, accruals, reporting, and transportation invoices
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years in transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain
- Shipment coordination and freight documentation experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or logistics systems
- Excellent communication and customer-focused relationship-building skills
