This Crisis Clinician position serves the Relief Team at the Crisis Response Centre. Shared Health coordinates patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The role requires mental health expertise, crisis intervention theory, suicide assessment and intervention training, and strong agency relations skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services within the Crisis Response Centre
- Apply crisis intervention theory in practice
- Complete suicide assessment and intervention activities
- Use psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery knowledge
- Maintain effective agency and professional relationships
Requirements:
- BN or RPN required
- Four years of related community experience
- Registration or eligibility with the CRNM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current required criminal and abuse registry checks
