This full-time clinical position serves Rivers ERS in the West Zone. The successful candidate provides pre-hospital care, supports patient relations, and uses Shared Health technology and equipment. Cultural awareness and communication across diverse backgrounds are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-hospital care as a Primary Care Paramedic
- Respond to emergency response service calls
- Support patient relations and customer service
- Use Shared Health software, technology, and equipment
- Apply clinical protocols, care maps, and associated documents
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Primary Care Paramedic program
- Maintain Manitoba paramedic registration in good standing
- Hold a valid Class IV Manitoba driver's license
- Maintain Basic Life Support level C certification
- Complete fitness assessment and clinical knowledge testing
