The work supports a people-centered health-care environment through equipment knowledge, preventative maintenance, and safe work practices. Candidates need maintenance experience, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain mechanical equipment and yard care equipment
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Apply preventative maintenance programs and safe work practices
- Perform required calculations and solve maintenance problems
- Respond on call within 20 minutes when notified
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' maintenance experience
- Grade twelve education or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and insured vehicle
- Knowledge of Fire Codes and C.S.A. standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
