Position Overview
Provides clinical support and assessment services by answering calls 7 days a week. Conducts professional assessments of callers' needs, offering health-related information, guidance on decision-making regarding the need for professional care, appropriate care level and urgency, and support with identifying resources, referrals, and follow-up as required.
