This Assistant General Manager position develops leaders who can support every part of a Wingstop restaurant. You will partner with the General Manager, from the front counter to the fryer, while learning scheduling, inventory, labour, sales targets, and costs. The role is designed for leadership growth toward General Manager responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run store operations alongside the General Manager
- Deliver crispy, flavourful wings and next-level customer service
- Handle scheduling, inventory, labour, sales targets, and cost controls
- Recruit, train, coach, and inspire the restaurant team
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Three-plus years as Shift Lead or Manager preferred
- One-plus year managing high-volume restaurants as Assistant General Manager
- Ability to problem-solve and stay composed under pressure
- Back-of-house and full-service front-of-house experience is valued
