Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility assessments, market research, and sensitivity analyses
- Update Excel models, assumptions, contingencies, and project pro formas
- Monitor housing sales, closings, proceeds, and lot discharges
- Generate financial reports and support accounting reporting
- Prepare analysis, forecasts, budgets, and investor reporting packages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
- Understanding of real estate finance and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
