Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MBS pools from inception to maturity
- Prepare daily, monthly, and pool-level remittances
- Ensure compliance with NHA MBS & MLI Select standards
- Respond to internal and external audit requests
- Undertake process improvement projects using AI tools
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate or finance
- Familiarity with CMHC NHA MBS Program preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
