Lead AI-enabled productivity through Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft 365 engineering as WME’s senior technical owner. Shape reliable collaboration experiences. This senior engineer owns the digital workplace foundation and its AI-enabled capabilities. You will engineer identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, and ITSM operations. You will also select, integrate, govern, and continuously improve AI tools, while providing technical direction for AI automation and adoption across IT. Key Responsibilities:
Engineer Entra ID, conditional access, SSO, and identity governance Manage Intune, Jamf, and global identity lifecycle automation Engineer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Implement AI workplace capabilities and acceptable-use controls Develop automation, reference patterns, prompts, and decision records Requirements:
Advanced AI engineering and digital workplace expertise Experience with Entra ID and hybrid identity Experience with Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and continual service improvement Ability to coordinate with governance and adoption functions Bring senior engineering judgment across AI tools, identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365, and reliable digital workplace services at WME.
