This manager oversees offices, systems, vendors, accounts, and data security for a real estate developer. The work combines Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, Windows and Mac support, office coordination, and security practices. You will support staff directly while building clearer systems for onboarding, assets, policies, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run Abbotsford office operations, supplies, mail, rooms, and couriers
- Manage Langley construction office services remotely
- Provide first-line support for devices, accounts, Wi-Fi, and conferencing
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, equipment, keys, and access
- Manage vendors, contracts, renewals, budgets, and service issues
Requirements:
- Two or more years in office management, IT support, or administration
- Hands-on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Confidence supporting Windows, Mac, mobile devices, printers, and Wi-Fi
- Working knowledge of authentication, backups, endpoint protection, and phishing
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
