RESPONSIBILITIES
TASKS
- Recommend measures to improve productivity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures toimprove productivity and product quality
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Prepare production and other reports
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities ofworkers
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
