Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service from equipment intake through final sale
- Create accurate work orders and service records
- Document symptoms, estimates, approvals, and equipment details

Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Generally two to five years of relevant experience
