As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members.

Why we’ll love You:
- Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience, supported by a Level 2 License and progress toward your CAIB and/or CIP designation (financial support provided!)

- Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow‑up communication
- Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross‑selling and up‑selling products
- Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day‑to‑day operations as needed
