We are seeking a Specialist in Aircraft Component Repair and Warranty to navigate warranty and insurance claims. This full-time office position requires expertise in managing claims submissions and assessments for aircraft components, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will work on tracking claims status, overseeing vendor invoicing, and resolving disputes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and submit warranty claims to OEMs and vendors
- Conduct eligibility assessments for aircraft components
- Track the status of open, rejected, and settled claims
- Investigate denied claims and challenge OEM decisions
- Review repair quotes and manage vendor communications
Requirements:
- Industry knowledge of aircraft component MRO processes
- Experience in airline technical operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills in high-pressure settings
- Proficient with MS Office and TRAX/eMRO CMTS
- Background in aircraft maintenance or repair is beneficial
