Reporting to the Manager, Growth Administration, you will offer a new service for clients under a specified premium threshold. The work combines account administration, coverage review, policy changes, and sales activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on client accounts and resolve outstanding activities
- Review data entries, invoicing, and coverage selection for compliance
- Issue certificates for new business and renewal clients
- Process insurance policy changes and endorsements
- Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to clients
Requirements:
- General Insurance Level 1 License
- Commercial Lines experience considered an asset
- Experience achieving individual and team sales targets
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
