Lead Farm to Garden Organics in Victoria through operational excellence, financial performance, business growth, and team development. Guide a business transforming local residuals into premium compost. As General Manager, you will oversee overall performance across multiple operating divisions. You will balance daily operations with multiyear strategy, sound financial decisions, and healthy team culture. The position leads five to ten direct and indirect reports while collaborating with Westbow Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, and Executive Leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, cash flow, and budget targets Lead compost, waste processing, cropping, rentals, deliveries, and equipment operations Execute strategic plans improving profitability, efficiency, and sustainability Grow revenue through sales, customers, products, marketing, and market expansion Develop systems, teams, resources, compliance, and new business opportunities Requirements:
Seven to ten-plus years of operational leadership experience Experience in agriculture, composting, manufacturing, logistics, construction, or related operations Business, Agriculture, Operations Management, Engineering education, or equivalent experience Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving production performance Valid driver’s license; cattle, field, and heavy equipment experience considered Bring strategic leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise to grow Farm to Garden Organics and develop high-performing teams.
