Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mill equipment and processing circuits safely
- Monitor grinding, leaching, and reagent circuits
- Operate crushing, elution, tailings, and control room circuits
- Recognize hazards in dusty, noisy environments
- Perform demanding mill duties during 12-hour shifts
Requirements:
- Three or more years in a milling environment
- High mechanical aptitude and operational excellence
- Ability to work 14/14 day and night rotations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and shovel
- Mobile equipment operating experience considered relevant
