Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accident investigations and document findings
- Schedule and perform workplace safety inspections
- Ensure resolution of safety issues identified during tours
- Oversee training documentation and compliance
- Facilitate safety meetings and inductions
Requirements:
- Secondary School diploma or extensive mining experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Expertise in safety regulations and processes
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Valid Class G driver's license
