Support patients in transitional care as a Registered Practical Nurse with West Parry Sound Health Centre. This permanent part-time position includes all shifts and weekends.
The Registered Practical Nurse administers direct care within the College of Nurses of Ontario license.
You will also maintain, clean, and assemble equipment and facilities, while working cooperatively with other health team members.
The role serves an integrated health care organization with acute care, transitional care, and inpatient rehabilitation programs.

Requirements
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

- Knowledge of healthcare computer applications and related software
