We are seeking part-time and full-time Maintenance Workers to support various hotel operations. Your tasks will include addressing repair requests in guest rooms, restaurants, and meeting spaces. Additionally, you'll perform preventive maintenance and inspections, ensuring a comfortable environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete repair requests in guest areas and facilities
- Conduct daily inspections for safety and functionality
- Maintain HVAC systems and perform basic electrical repairs
- Monitor maintenance inventory and maintain logs
- Assist with additional maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work is a plus
- Must be available evenings and weekends
