Key Responsibilities: • Offer technical expertise in mining engineering practices • Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives • Partner in developing budgets and planning life of mine strategies • Supervise reserve updates and serve as a Qualified Person • Streamline knowledge sharing among engineering teams
Requirements: • Degree in Mining Engineering; P.Eng. is a must • Minimum of 10 years in mining operations leadership • Deep knowledge in underground mining and engineering principles • Solid experience in operational reporting and governance • Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
