Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installation and commissioning of new deployments
- Establish installation baselines and perform QA checks
- Conduct advanced root cause analysis on system issues
- Mentor Field Services Analysts on best practices
- Build training materials and troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
- 5–10 years in hardware installation or field services
- Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in networking, GPS, and rugged hardware
- Valid driver's license and able to travel extensively
- French fluency preferred for client interactions
