The opportunity involves reporting to the Director of Implementations as a Senior Data Migration Specialist. You will be the senior technical resource for EMR data migrations, helping clinics and healthcare organizations move from legacy systems to WELLSTAR platforms accurately, securely, and with minimal disruption. You will support high-profile enterprise migrations across OSCAR Pro and Juno, working across test migrations, data validation, final migrations, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.

This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across Canada. Flexibility is required to support migration windows that may occasionally fall outside standard business hours.
