WELL Health Technologies is an innovative technology-enabled healthcare company whose overarching objective is to positively impact health outcomes by leveraging technology to empower and support healthcare practitioners and their patients. WELL has built an innovative practitioner enablement platform that includes comprehensive end-to-end practice management tools inclusive of virtual care and digital patient engagement capabilities as well as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and data protection services.
The opportunity involves leading the day-to-day delivery of ThinkWELL, WELL Health's enterprise intelligence, analytics, and automation platform. This role runs scoped deliveries end-to-end, translating priorities into an integrated delivery plan, coordinating work across business, data, AI, and technology teams, and ensuring initiatives move from build through business validation, launch, and value review.
You will also coordinate releases, including UAT, launch readiness, training and communications, post go-live support, and value measurement. This is a newly created, senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. It is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada.
Who you are:
- You are an experienced technology delivery professional who knows how to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, cross-functional work.
- You have worked in an evolving environment where the structure and processes were still taking shape.
- You are comfortable working across business and technical teams, asking questions that uncover dependencies, challenge assumptions, and clarify what needs to happen next.
- You bring sound judgment and a strong sense of accountability.
- You build trust across teams, communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders, and create the visibility and follow-through needed to move complex work from planning through release and into the hands of real users.
What's in it for you:
- Ownership and influence over how work moves forward, influencing how priorities are sequenced, what evidence demonstrates completion, and when releases are ready to reach real users.
- Enterprise-wide impact by working across various teams to deliver use cases that turn ThinkWELL's capabilities into practical outcomes.
- The opportunity to shape how delivery works as WELL moves toward a Platform Operations model for ThinkWELL.
You will:
- Drive integrated delivery planning by translating ThinkWELL priorities into a clear, integrated delivery plan and backlog.
- Keep delivery moving by running sprint planning, stand-ups, capacity and dependency reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Create accountability by challenging unclear estimates and verifying completion against agreed acceptance evidence.
- Coordinate releases from validation through launch, ensuring each release is ready to launch.
- Bring clarity to risks and decisions by maintaining visibility into risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Provide clear delivery insight to leadership through concise reporting and Steering Committee materials.
Here's what you bring:
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology or project delivery.
- A working understanding of data, analytics, AI, and application delivery.
- Experience running delivery cadences and managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
- Understanding of what it takes to move work beyond development and into the hands of users.
- The ability to influence and create accountability across teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with delivery management platforms such as monday.com, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to data, analytics, AI, or enterprise platform delivery.
- Experience working in a fast-growing or evolving organization.
