This Bookings Coordinator position reports to the Business Development Director and connects appointment coordination with business development support. You will communicate with eligible, returning, prospective, and corporate clients while collaborating with Business Development and Medical Operations. The work supports preparation, outreach activity, booking targets, account reporting, and client experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email and telephone outreach to prospective and returning clients
- Coordinate off-site corporate assessment visits with internal teams
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings
- Update the Longevity Assessments dashboard with performance metrics
- Support proposals, sales coordination, and corporate onboarding
Requirements:
- Two to three years of inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working toward activity and booking targets
- Ability to work independently across collaborating teams
- Healthcare industry experience is an asset
