As an Applied AI Engineer, you will design, deploy, and optimize practical AI solutions for business challenges. You will create agents, assistants, workflow automations, and applications while partnering with business, data, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, deploy, and improve AI-powered business solutions
- Translate stakeholder needs into agents, assistants, and automations

Requirements:
- Five-plus years in software, solution, or data engineering
- Strong Python programming and production AI delivery experience
- Experience with APIs, databases, cloud, and enterprise integrations
- Hands-on OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, RAG, and tool calling experience
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
