The opportunity involves designing, building, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on applying AI to real business challenges. Working closely with business, data, and technology teams, you will take AI solutions from concept to production, delivering agents, assistants, automations, and applications that help teams work smarter.

What you will do:
- Build AI solutions that help teams work smarter and make better decisions.
- Connect AI capabilities with enterprise data, systems, APIs, and business applications.
- Optimize performance by evaluating performance, monitoring effectiveness, and implementing appropriate controls.
- Evaluate and improve AI performance through testing and evaluation approaches.
- Drive adoption by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
Here's what you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying production AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with APIs, databases, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions using modern large language model platforms.
- A strong delivery mindset and ability to balance innovation with practicality.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Preferred qualifications include experience building AI assistants, agents, workflow automations, and additional experience with LLMs and AI orchestration tools.
What you can expect from our interview process includes a virtual interview with a Talent Advisor, a technical interview with a Senior AI Engineer, and a final interview with the Senior Director, Digital Transformation and VP, Business Transformation.
