You will support welcoming client experiences through appointment coordination, accurate records, administrative documentation, and communication with physicians. The position requires healthcare or medical office experience, strong organization, and dependable service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients professionally and courteously
- Coordinate appointments, cancellations, changes, and follow-up activities
- Respond to calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
- Coordinate communication among clients, physicians, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Previous medical office or healthcare administrative experience
- Knowledge of medical records and confidentiality requirements
- Electronic medical record system experience; Wolf EMR an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities
