WELL Health Clinic Network Inc. seeks a full-time Bookings Coordinator supporting corporate and private clients. You will coordinate appointments, explain assessment preparation, manage outreach, and support corporate account relationships. The position reports to the Business Development Director and works with Business Development and Medical Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Longevity Assessments and Essentials program bookings
- Send confirmation packages and approved preparation instructions
- Complete approximately 50–75 daily calls and emails
- Record outreach, bookings, and follow-up actions in CRM
- Track bookings and update weekly performance dashboards
Requirements:
- Two to three years of inside sales experience
- Professional communication with executives and corporate contacts
- CRM experience tracking outreach and follow-up activities
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills
