Weeneebayko Area Health Authority seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for permanent full-time work in Clinical Services. The role supports clients across preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic care while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. WAHA serves six western James Bay communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to clients
- Plan, carry out, and evaluate nursing care
- Administer preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic care cooperatively
- Exercise judgment when meeting patient needs
- Support multidisciplinary colleagues in their roles
Requirements:
- Two years of registered nursing experience
- Diploma in Nursing required
- Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Added Nursing Skills certification or willingness to obtain
