Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Services, you will support patients, public, and staff through room disinfection, supply replenishment, and maintained housekeeping carts. The position is permanent and full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clean, cheerful environments for patients, public, and staff
- Work safely with cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
- Replenish washroom and room supplies
- Maintain properly replenished housekeeping carts
- Disinfect rooms under hospital sanitization policy
Requirements:
- Successful completion of secondary school
- Health care facility experience is an asset
- WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
