Overview
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Location: Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga. Job Type: full-time. We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire to design and deliver scalable, high-performance customer communication and document solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams, ownership of technical architecture, and hands-on leadership across the delivery lifecycle. Min Experience: 5 years.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Architecture & Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and high-performing document and CCM solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture sign-off for Quadient-based implementations.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards for projects.
- Own solution sizing, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment.
- Technical Leadership & Governance
- Provide technical leadership and governance to onshore and offshore development teams.
- Ensure adherence to Quadient development standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Review designs and implementations to ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability.
- Drive production readiness, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities.
- Integration & Delivery
- Design and oversee integrations between Quadient Inspire and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with architects, business teams, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across delivery.
- Support project planning by contributing accurate estimates, timelines, and technical inputs.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, design reviews, and key project milestones as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite.
- Strong understanding of CCM concepts, document composition, data mapping, and output management.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Quadient and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in scripting and related technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL.
- Proven ability to provide accurate development estimates and support solution planning.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and solution architects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and guiding offshore development teams.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Nice to Have
- Domain experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior customer-facing or consulting experience.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Quadient Inspire certifications or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
