As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with WeeCare, you will provide care according to individual care plans in home environments. You will support pediatric clients and families while maintaining safety, comfort, and consistency. The position includes medication administration, documentation, personal care, and observation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide G/GJ tube care and management
- Administer and document prescribed medications according to CNO standards
- Maintain child records and required documentation
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities
- Observe and report changes in the child's condition
Requirements:
- Registered with CNO and in good standing
- Experience working with pediatric clients
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check completed within six months
- Professional Liability Insurance
Support pediatric clients overnight through skilled nursing, reassurance, documentation, and family communication in Barrie home environments.
