Seven-plus years building and scaling production backend systems Two-plus years in technical lead, staff, principal, or equivalent roles Expertise in REST APIs, FastAPI or .NET C#, and distributed systems Production experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, and workflows Production RAG experience with measurable latency and quality KPIs Shape reliable AI platforms through backend architecture, agent orchestration, retrieval systems, and technical leadership at Network Solutions.
