Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of advisors
- Maintain and grow personal client relationships
- Foster high-performance culture within the team
- Guide the strategic direction of the firm's growth
- Mentor fellow advisors to enhance their practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a financial services background
- Active Life and Health License required
- Preferably holds FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66
- Proven client development and management success
- Experience in mentoring high-performing teams
