This Employment Consultant position focuses on motivating clients toward sustainable employment, independence, and self-sufficiency.
You will manage approximately 80–100 cases, maintain accurate ICM records, and connect clients with training and interventions.
Strong partnerships support successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop individual action plans with clients
- Motivate clients through employment-specific training opportunities
- Record client progress, referrals, and intervention results
- Maintain internal and external partner relationships
- Maintain the Centre job board proactively
Requirements
- Experience coaching and mentoring clients
- Experience supporting inclusion groups and complex barriers
- Knowledge of job search and career development tools
- Understanding of unemployment-related issues
- Confidentiality and professional code adherence
