Requirements:
- Five-plus years of IT support experience
- Or two-plus years in a Managed Services Provider environment
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 support experience
- Networking, server hardware, and virtualization knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
